Burned Poppet

A very large poppet (photo of me for scale) who can be wall hung. She’s made of smoke fired porcelain, reclaimed muslin fabric, antique porcelain childrens dentures (I’ve only ever found four sets of these and they’re extremely rare), and charred long poppy stems. I love this piece and she’s probably one of my favourite things I have ever made, and I consider her one of my best.
